Caution! Time: Iced coffee is ready in minutes, while cold brew takes 1224 hours to prepare, though it can be made in large quantities and kept refrigerated for as long as two weeks. Acidity: Because of the low heat used, cold brew contains 67% less acidity than hot coffee, making it a good choice for your sensitive tum.
What to Choose? Cold brew is the choice for silky, low-acid, all natural sweet cold coffee. Iced coffee is better for a quick, fresh and for that familiar cold sip.
